One Month Package - (4 sessions, 50 minutes each)
Want to better understand your ADHD traits and talents? Do you want to learn your strengths, and identify how to use your strengths to support your challenges? This package gives you four sessions to address a specific challenge. Four sessions are usually scheduled weekly for a one-month period, and are best for teens or adults who want to develop strategies around a single issue such as procrastination, time management, organization, overwhelm, focus issues, planning, and more. For parent coaching, we will work on learning about your child's unique ADHD traits and develop strategies for managing any issues. We'll collaborate on building a toolbox of parenting strategies, and address challenges and concerns. Most importantly, we’ll work together to discover your child’s strengths and help your family build successful outcomes.
Two Month Package - (8 sessions, 50 minutes each)
Need more time to work on multiple issues? You are ready to dive in. Let's meet for eight sessions over two months to develop your toolbox of skills and strategies for coping with your unique brand of ADHD.
