Adolescents and College Students
Understand your ADHD traits, develop strategies for using your strengths, and find healthier ways to manage your unique brain wiring.
Teens from middle school to high school and into college often struggle with motivation, procrastination, persistence, planning, and time management. We can work on developing strategies and structure to overcome these issues and more.
Not only can we work on executive function skills, we can also address social skills, create goals and habits, and put the brakes on negative self-talk.
So much of what we’ll work on will be life-long skills that will help you manage your ADHD brain as you move through school transitions and into professional careers.
We’ll use your strengths and past successes to increase self-esteem and build confidence in your ability to embrace your unique skills and traits and move past the barriers that get in your way.
